Newtown-based Contact Attachments, a specialist in the manufacture of accessories for the forklift truck industry, has launched the 'Econoscoop', a newly-designed, low cost addition to its range of mechanical tipping scoops.

Designed to attach onto the forks of any forklift truck, the general purpose scoop is based on the company's existing High Lift model, with a 0.40m3 capacity, giving both high and long reach capabilities.

It is produced from lighter weight materials, offering a more costeffective option. "We are delighted to be able to offer our customers this bespoke product at a very competitive budget price," says Jason Cadman, technical sales consultant at Contact Attachments.
