Optical inspection March 1st 2010 Kaye-Dee Marking Solutions will be
using this year's Medtec 2010 to
demonstrate printing 4 colours on a
medical flask using the Teca-Print
TPX 201 servo driven, sealed pot
machine with 'optical print image
inspection'.
A camera captures the actual
picture of the printed part and
displays it on the LCD monitor,
enabling the operator to see an
enlarged view of the printed image.
The operator can evaluate the
printing quality and make any
necessary corrections immediately.
The removal of a
faulty print image
before the drying
has taken
place can
enable the
re-use of the
part and
reduce the
amount of
rejected
parts. More articles from Kaye-Dee Marking Solutions Ltd: |
