ESAB's new FR range of clothing for welders includes items such as the FR Economy black overall and the Phoenix FR/leather jacket and trousers.

The FR Economy overall, made from an inherently flame resistant material, has two chest pockets with concealed single stud fastening. The garment has a side elasticated back for comfort and a concealed stud front with brass studs. There is also an internal pocket, straight hip pockets and a back ruler pocket. Stress areas are reinforced with double bar tacking The Proban leather jacket and trousers form a suit for protection during heavy duty welding.

Garments are light-weight, breathable and comfortable.

Judicious use of leather ensures good protection against spatter and small drops of molten metal.

The ensemble comes with: Three concealed inner pockets; reinforced Kevlar stitching; stand-up collar; front Velcro fastening; double bar tacking.

The ESAB FR range also includes the FR Welders coverall.
