Improving helmet features May 1st 2009 Hodge Clemco has introduced a new
blast operator's helmet with new
design features to improve comfort,
visibility, durability and convenience.
The main shell of the new Apollo
600 helmet is heavy-duty
polypropylene and is large enough
for operators to wear air defenders.
External noise attenuation
performance is improved, and noise
from the internal air-flow has been
reduced. The outer cover is deep
enough to provide protection from
abrasive rebound for the top of the
cape. The fixed visor gives a wide
view and is easy to fit, with tear-off
transparent strips providing
convenient protection and clear
visibility. The air-flow is fed through
a single hose. More articles from Hodge Clemco: |
