Are you ready for serialisation?

Many pharmaceutical companies have already started implementing a serialisation strategy to prevent drugs being counterfeited, misbranded or adulterated. Some European countries, such as France, will put serialisation legislation into practice as early as January 2011.

METTLER TOLEDO Garvens has developed a technical paper to provide companies with information on making an implementation decision in accordance with current or emerging serialisation legislation by: Summarising the minimum requirements of a serialisation solution Outlining the complexity involved when implementing a serialisation solution Detailing questions that must be addressed when choosing a production line equipment supplier.

All pharmaceutical companies will be affected by the new regulations. It is not an option to take a wait and see approach.
