Heat recovery June 1st 2004
The latest range of heat recovery/air handling units to be developed by Exhausto comprises a choice of five models to meet any demand for ventilation, with airflow volumes from 400 to 7700m3/h.
The VEX100 range is designed to be environmentally friendly and low in energy consumption, exceeding the requirements for todays building regulations and ensuring low SFP figures for the operating range.
Units are compact so can be sited practically anywhere. The VEX170 at the top of the range has a surface area of just 2.7m2..
Features include a special heat recovery system that has a cross-flow heat exchanger. Heat recovery is achieved simply by transferring heat from the air inside the building and releasing it into the incoming fresh air, substantially reducing the amount of energy needed to heat the interior. |
