August 1st 2010 It is reported that R&D testing in
Germany has shown ABB's
CoriolisMaster flowmeter to
accurately measure the mass flowrate
and density of liquids that contain
up to 45% distributed gas inclusion,
compared to the industry standard
of around 10%.
This means the CoriolisMaster can
be used in gaseous applications that
have an inconsistent flow in liquids,
such as the production of foams and
carbonated beverages.
The CoriolisMaster is designed for
the measurement of mass, volume,
density, concentration and
temperature to the highest level of
