Thermoregulator range updated
October 1st 2010 An updated suite of temperature
controllers is available from Tricool
Thermal. Units now have easy-toidentify
names, clearly showing the
heating capacity and fluid medium.
Standard units range from a 6kW
water heater (giving
temperatures to 95°C) and
progress through
pressurised water heaters
(giving
temperatures to
160°C) and up to
oil heaters that
reach 350°C.
Units are said to be energy efficient,
to have minimal pipes and valves,
high insulation and usually require
only a small reservoir tank. Using
high grade, non-ferrous quality
components, the units are designed
to be corrosion resistant.
Most have self-cleaning
solenoid valves, stainless
steel heat exchangers,
solid state relays and
diagnostic controllers
to monitor the units
and alert the user of
