Biomass boilers
May 1st 2010 Hoval has extended its
BioLyt range of wood
pellet biomass boilers
with the introduction
of a 160kW version.
Using carbon-neutral
wood pellets BioLyt
boilers, now available
in sizes from 50kW to
160kW, offer up to
95% efficiency and
feature automated
controls to ensure that use is as easy
as with gas or oil boilers.
Pellets from the storage area are
fed to the boiler by a pellet
feeding system,
with fuel dosage
being adjusted in
relation to heating
requirements. The
BioLyt switches off
when heat is not
needed and reignites
when heat
demand is
